How can I get wholesale information?


You may register for an account on our website. Upon receipt and verification, we will approve your account at which time you may log in anytime to view items, prices, and place orders. If you do not have internet access, you will need to provide us with your business name, contact information, contact number, full billing/shipping address and tax id number via fax or email.

 

Why can't I log in after my email is validated?

 

We only approve and validate accounts that have been confirmed as pet-related businesses. If you have not received a second email stating approval, it is most likely because we need more information or you were not verified as a pet-related business. If you think you missed some information while registering, please let us know. Otherwise, if you are a direct consumer please call us at 201)440-7900 or email us at grace@thepetus.com to request your nearby retail locations or information on online retailers.   

 

Do you have minimum order requirements?

 

There is a $50.00 minimum for first-time customers. Applicable shipping and handling charges will apply. Please also see Shipping Information.                                                                                             

 

What is your delivery information?


All orders are shipped out of New Jersey by UPS/FedEx/USPS. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days upon receipt. Delivery times may vary. 

 

Do you do drop ships?


Yes, we do drop shipping under the following criteria:
- Orders must be received by website, fax or email only.
- Regular shipping charge + Handing Fee ($5.00) applies. There is no additional fee.

- Hard copies are not provided for you or your customer. They are available upon request only. 


What are your payment methods?


We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover). We will need your card number, expiration date, CVC code, the card holder’s name, and the correct billing address. CVC codes are the last 3 numbers on the back of your card or on the front for Amex cards.
